drivers of Rebel com1060

Hello,

I have bought STV Rebel com1060 in czech shop and it has driver only incl. codek H.264, no H.265 and finally I have damaged CD. I tried to download the drivers from your pages, but it finishs  everytime canceled. Download of manual is OK.

Please be so kind and give me downloadable link for drivers incl. H.265 useable in Czechia.
